Position battles, Bills backups to get most of the shine in Week 2 preseason tilt with Browns

‘Inside linebacker: Defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard said Tuesday the Bills plan to give Dorian Williams and Kaleb Elarms-Orr each a preseason start. Williams started last week, so the rookie is next. Both should get plenty of playing time, especially since both got action at both inside linebacker spots last week.’
