Pro athletes planning to return to NCAA irks SEC

As LSU hopes to sign NFL tight end Dae’Quan Wright, if he clears waivers, the SEC on Monday issued a statement emphasizing its belief that athletes who choose to leave to sign pro contracts “should not then be permitted to return to college competition.”
