Observations: Bills sit most of their starters in second preseason game vs. Browns

‘The Bills’ depth chart at wide receiver looked quite a bit different Saturday than it will Sept. 13 against the Houston Texans in the regular-season opener. The team’s projected top four options at the position – DJ Moore, Khalil Shakir, Joshua Palmer and Keon Coleman – did not dress for the game. Coleman is in a walking boot for a sprained foot, while Shakir is dealing with a lower-body injury. It’s unclear if Palmer and Moore are dealing with an injury.’
