What are some things that you guys believe the new regime of Brady, Carmichael, Leonhard, etc..can do differently than MCD and crew that will put this team over the top?
To me, and this may not as much of an in-season thing as much as it is offseason, but I am dying for them to do their best to fix holes immediately (like the chiefs and eagles for example) rather than letting problems fester for years (this is on beane as well).
We all know that this team is always just a few moments away, so how can they maximize it?
